Leslie Reynolds

Professor Leslie J. Reynolds is the Senior Associate Dean of Libraries at University of Colorado at Boulder. She oversees and coordinates the operations of Research and Innovation Division, Success and Engagement Division, Community and Organizational Development Division, and Communications and External Relations Division. She plays a leadership role in the formulation and assessment of Libraries-wide services, policies, strategic planning, and diversity initiatives. Leslie has been leading teams, departments, and units in research libraries for over 30 years and has experience leading up, down, and across organizations. In 2014 she was honored with the designation of Fellow of the Special Libraries Association. She is the co-editor and co-author of Interim Leadership in Libraries: Building Relationships, Making Decisions, and Moving On. Her research interests involve leadership and management, open educational resources, and outreach to library users.
