Judith Sebesta

Judith Sebesta, Ph.D., is the Founder and Principal at Sebesta Education Consulting LLC. She has supported projects across the country focused on OER, ZTC degrees, Artificial Intelligence, Accessibility, and online learning, including for WCET, the AI 4 Learning Network, California Community Colleges, Every Learner Everywhere, Foothill-De Anza Community College District, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and the Florida Virtual Campus. Prior to consulting she was Vice President, ISKME Labs, and Executive Director of the Digital Higher Education Consortium of Texas. She also served in a variety of roles at the THECB, including as Director of Innovation. She served as past President of the Executive Council of CCCOER and was a board member for the Open Education conference. Before shifting her career focus to the broader landscape of policy and practice in innovation and digital education, Judith enjoyed a fifteen-year career as a university professor and administrator. She is based in Austin, Texas.
