Gabby Hernandez

Gabby Hernandez is the Open Education Community Manager at SPARC, where she works to strengthen coordination across the open education field. Throughout her career as an elementary teacher, a youth services public librarian, and an academic Open Education Librarian, she has built programs, supported educators, and increased access to learning materials for underserved students and communities. Today, she leads work in mapping the open education field, engaging the community, and creating shared resources to help move open education forward.
