Professional Bio

Chelsee Dickson, Ed.D is the assistant director for scholarly publishing and research within Kennesaw State University (KSU) Libraries’ Academic Engagement and Instruction Unit. She serves as an advisor to faculty, staff, and students on scholarly communication and all open movements. She is also the managing editor of the diamond open access Journal of Open Educational Resources in Higher Education (JOERHE). Chelsee has a Doctorate of Education in higher education leadership and practice from the University of North Georgia, as well as an MS in Information Technology and an MLIS. Her recent publications can be found in C&RL News and Library Resources & Technical Services.
